  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection for large appliances.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the product's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
